Be ready for your next contract negotiation by following these practical tips.

  1. Be prepared and research your client and their needs.
  2. Apply your leverage and properly frame the conversation.
  3. Communicate with empathy and build trust.
  4. Be flexible and creative to objections and find a way to increase value.
  5. Look for a mutually beneficial relationship.

Successfully negotiating favorable terms in your next contract negotiation means that you have to take time to understand what the other party wants - and why!

Be honest with yourself and clear about your capabilities, limits and the value of your offer. Set limits for yourself ahead of time and find creative solutions to objections. Lastly find business partners who agree to a mutually beneficial relationship

Tracking Your Marketing Campaigns

There are a few things your need to do before spending time and money on marketing. The first this is to setup campaign tracking, so you know if which of your marketing efforts is working the best.
